If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging included.
  • Final-sale or heavily discounted items may not be eligible.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How It Works:

  1. Contact us at support@onlybags.store within 30 days of receiving your item.

  2. We'll provide you with simple instructions and a return address.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

No worries — please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
