If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 60-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging included.
- Final-sale or heavily discounted items may not be eligible.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How It Works:
- Contact us at support@onlybags.store within 60 days of receiving your item.
- We'll provide you with simple instructions and a return address.
- Once your return is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

No worries — please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
